PhonePhone Privacy Policy

Last updated October 16, 2026

PhonePhone is a messaging and calling app that a company (your "organization") provides to its people. This policy explains what the app collects and why.

What we collect

How it's used

Only to run the app: deliver messages, notifications and calls, keep your history in sync across your devices, and produce call transcripts and summaries for your organization. We do not sell data, show ads or track you across other apps.

Who can see it

Your organization owns its workspace. Its administrators can access messages, call recordings and transcripts in the workspace. Service providers process data only to run the app: Telnyx (phone calls and text messages), LiveKit (app-to-app voice and video), Apple (push notifications, which carry no message text), Groq (speech-to-text for call transcripts) and Anthropic (call summaries).

Storage and security

Data is encrypted in transit, stored on servers operated for your organization, and kept until your organization deletes it or closes its workspace.

Your choices

Ask your organization's administrator to correct or delete your data, or contact us at hello@ashcoHQ.com.
